• Uses virtual currency that has no real-world value

3.2 No Real Money Wagering

All games within the App are played with virtual chips, coins, or credits that cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.

4. Account Registration and Security

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices

• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• Graphics, images, and visual elements
• Game designs and mechanics
• Text, audio, and video content
• Trademarks, logos, and branding

are owned by Luxury Lounge Casino Development LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the App or its content.

8. Content and Communication

8.1 User-Generated Content

If you submit content (such as profile information, messages, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the App.

8.2 Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Defamatory or violates privacy rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

9. Modifications to the App

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App immediately ceases
• All virtual currency and game progress may be deleted
• No refunds will be provided for unused virtual currency

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 "As Is" Basis

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free from viruses or harmful components
• Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxury Lounge Casino Development LTD shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

11.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws
